Welcome to Mindspark Elevation Services. By enrolling your child in our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Professional Engagement

Parents and guardians are strictly prohibited from engaging or attempting to engage with Mindspark Elevation Services tutors privately or outside the official channels of the company. Any arrangement for sessions, payments, or scheduling must be conducted exclusively through the company management. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate termination of services.

2. Disclosure of Special Needs

Parents and guardians must disclose any special educational needs, medical conditions, or behavioral requirements of the child at the time of registration. This information is essential for us to provide the most appropriate tutor and educational support plan. Mindspark Elevation Services reserves the right to adjust service delivery based on the disclosed needs to ensure the safety and progress of the student.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared between the client (parent/guardian/student) and Mindspark Elevation Services, including but not limited to student performance, personal details, and home environment, shall be treated as strictly confidential. Tutors and staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements. Similarly, clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary teaching materials and business practices.

4. Official Payment Channels

All service fees and payments must be made strictly through Mindspark Elevation Services' official company lines, bank accounts, or designated payment platforms. Tutors are not authorized to accept payments on behalf of the company. The company shall not be held liable for any payments made to individuals or through unofficial channels.

5. Custody of Learning Materials

Where specific learning materials, textbooks, or stationary are suggested by the assessment supervisor, these are to be purchased by the parents/guardians. These materials remain the property of the parent/guardian but session-related materials may be kept in the custody of the parent at the student's home or place of study. Tutors may provide supplementary materials, which remain the property of Mindspark Elevation Services.

6. Service Delivery

Mindspark Elevation Services provides academic tutoring, exam preparation, and educational support based on the curriculum and goals agreed upon during the assessment. We strive for excellence, but academic results depends on various factors including student effort and consistency. We do not guarantee specific grades or exam scores.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notices for cancellation or rescheduling of sessions must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the full session fee being charged. Mindspark reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor unavailability, in which case a make-up session will be arranged.
